From Yamako Bus Terminal Station, it is a soba restaurant near to the entrance of the town of hot spring.
We recommend you to have a taste on Yamagata specialty of chilled meat buckwheat(soba) noodles plated in a wooden box (Ita Soba) that made by the owner himself use from the local buckwheat(soba) flour (Dewakaori Brand) which is the original product of Yamagata Prefecture.
Furthermore, we also serve the Gengkhis Khan dish that healthy, juicy and full of volume of raw lamb meat for 200g per person, and enjoy the dish with our homemade sauce.
